This is a business card I created for a friend of mine.  What do you all think about it?

Designing In Word Just Should Not Be Done

 

As a designer myself, I find that designing anything in Microsoft Word is a joke. I hate having to design anything using Word, but unfortunately a class of mine won't allow me to design something using InDesign. It has to be Microsoft Word only. Word is only useful for document creation only. Even though you can use it to make layouts and newsletters, etc. I don't recommend it at all unless it's all you got and you don't have access to a good designer who doesn't use Microsoft Word to design things, lol.

Looks Like Another Snowy Weekend

 

Just when we thought winter was over, and it was pretty mild up until now, a couple weeks ago we got blasted with a bunch of snow and this weekend as well.  Activities for today are cancelled, and it looks like activities for this week probably will be as well.  I am not a big fan of winter, and am very much looking forward to spring to get here, and hopefully it will arrive soon.
